Reliance Jio’s Groundbreaking 5G Network Now Available in 236 Indian Cities! Exciting Partnership and New Chatbot Announced!” Reliance Jio, under the leadership of Mukesh Ambani, has rolled out its revolutionary 5G network, based on standalone architecture, in a whopping 236 cities across India. Telecom giants have also promised that their 5G network will expand to more cities, towns, and even rural areas by the end of 2023.

In addition to this remarkable feat, Jio has recently partnered with Haptik, a conversational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The company has unveiled a WhatsApp chatbot under the name ‘Jio Haptik‘. This chatbot will enable users to request a 5G connection.

Catering to 500 Million Customers: A co-founder and CEO of Haptik, Aakrit Vaish, shared in a statement that their solution aims to meet the needs of 500 million customers. From eligibility checks to SIM delivery, device shopping, sales assistance, and beyond, Jio True 5G will guide users every step of the way.

How the Chatbot Works: The chatbot empowers users to customize their 5G connection request as per their dynamic menu choices. It includes options for user types (postpaid and prepaid), devices, location, and PIN codes for outage management.

Supporting virtual assistants in Indian languages like English, Hindi, and Marathi, Jio Haptik’s proactive messaging feature will also be advantageous. This feature will help the company proactively reach and engage both new and existing users about the launch of 5G services.

Supporting New Network Technology: Introducing this chatbot will also aid in adopting the latest network technology. Haptik recently launched a feature called ‘Click-to-Haptik,’ which will assist Jio in running advertisements on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. These ads will enhance awareness about 5G and initiate new conversations with WhatsApp users interested in purchasing a 5G connection.

Recent announcements from Reliance highlighted that Jio’s 5G network is now active in over 96% of cities across India, as declared during the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
